The Tote Kitchen will be serving up everything from burgers to braises, alongside hearty fries, vegetables and mash. Further menu highlights include a loaded ‘currywurst’ – a dedication to 5am meals in Berlin. There are also options designed specifically for vegans and coeliacs. As the kitchen evolves, so too will the menu, with further updates slated for the future.
“I’ve always loved the Tote, and when offered the opportunity to install a kitchen and provide food was excited and honoured to be involved in an iconic, legendary venue,” said head chef Brian Edwards. Edwards has had experience ranging from Michelin star restaurants to cooking on tour for Bon Jovi, as well as key roles within Brunswick’s East Elevation and the Monsieur Truffle chocolate factory.
Capping it off, the kitchen will aim to keep similar hours to The Tote – which means late night options on Friday and Saturday nights are on the cards until 2am.
