The Sesh : An Immersive music experience guided by breath

The Sesh was created to deepen your experience with a musicians work. Integrating the breath with sound allows you to enter a space where you can viscerally feel the music and let your imagination run wild. During the session you’ll experience altered states of consciousness through active breathing guided & supported by Julia Balassopoulos, your breath work facilitator. We will transition through phases of the breath which will move through stabilising, cultivating and uplifting energy all whilst experiencing a live acoustic sound journey by local artist Tom Riccioni.

Your Guide : Julia Balassopoulos is a Naarm/Melbourne based breath work facilitator. Here to connect you to consciousness via the breath, Julia specifically collaborates with musicians to enrich your experience of their art. A serious injury helped Julia realise that the majority of her pain and suffering was caused by feeling so disconnected to self & source. Her mission is to get people to question their existence & guide people back to truth, peace, stillness, clarity & love from within. She loves what she does and finds deep fulfilment in helping people realise their full potential.

Artist : Tom Riccioni Naarm/Melbourne based musician, song writer & poet. You’ll experience he’s live mellow folk, acoustic performance in an environment carefully curated to give you the most expansive experience of he’s art.

The Space : Prana House, A beautiful healing temple space, infused with light (prana), for the upliftment of humanity, where the heavens and the earth merge. Their mission is spiritual and is to bring more light into our world. They believe there is nothing higher or more meaningful than connecting to your divinity. Join us in this gorgeous space for The Sesh !
