Known for her rich vocals and ability to get to the heart of a tune, Jackie enchants audiences with her emotive delivery and beautiful tone. A regular at Melbourne’s top jazz venues, Jackie brings a powerful energy to every performance.
Together with her band of esteemed jazz musicians, Jackie performs a stunning repertoire in multiple languages, with a focus on female composers. Expect a beautiful mixture of swing, bossa nova and poetry driven songs by composers including Duke Ellington, Peggy Lee, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Billie Holiday, Edith Piaf, Maria Grever, Charles Trenet and more.
Tucked underneath a cinema screen and down a narrow stairway, the Lido Jazz Room boasts live Jazz weekly from the best jazz players in town on Friday and Saturday nights, 8pm – 10pm.
