iHeartLIVE teams up with Always Live to relaunch Live at the Chapel this December

iHeartLIVE has announced its exclusive audio partnership with ALWAYS LIVE to bring back the iconic Live at the Chapel series this December. Produced by Media Heads, the series will reintroduce music fans to intimate live performances at Melbourne’s Chapel Off Chapel, a venue known for its unique charm.

Marking 25 years since the first Live at the Chapel event, this year’s series will showcase a mix of talent. Contemporary rock favourites Birds of Tokyo will open the series with a semi-acoustic set on Monday 2 December. On Tuesday 3 December, Amy Shark, an 8-time ARIA Award winner, will perform her ARIA #1 album Sunday Sadness live. Both performances will be the artists’ first in the historic 180-year-old bluestone chapel, with recordings set to air on Seven next year.

ALWAYS LIVE is such an incredible initiative, and we are proud to be partnering with them for their Live at the Chapel series.”

Media Heads’ executive producer Dave Carter added, “Live at the Chapel has always been a one-of-a-kind experience, and it’s amazing to think that 25 years on from the first show, we’ll be bringing artists and fans together again for two incredible shows inside the venue where it all began.”
