Fans should start clearing their diaries with The Holidays’ release of new dates for their National tour in addition to their Groovin’ The Moo, Cut Copy and UK Tour shows.
After releasing three EPs the band’s debut album Post Paradise went on sale in September last year, earning them the Australian Music Prize’s Red Bull Award for Best Debut Album. After touring with the Laneway Festival this year, the band played their first shows in the USA where they also performed at the pre-party for Cee Lo Green and The Ting Tings’ Redbull Soundclash in Vegas.
Now they are travelling around their home country with their Seven Million Mornings headline tour. Due to high demand they have released six extra dates including a second show in Melbourne at the East Brunswick Club on April 10 where they will be appearing with Ballarat band Gold Fields.
The Holidays will also be appearing at this year’s Groovin’ The Moo festivals and will also be joining Cut Copy as special guests at their Sydney and Melbourne shows in May before heading to the UK to tour and be part of The Great Escape festival in Brighton.
Tickets for The Holidays’ Melbourne show on Sunday April 10 are on sale now via the East Brunswick Club website.
