After the closure of everyone’s favourite, Bedford Street, co-owners Jono Hill and Hootan Heydari are reinvigorating the popular Collingwood premises with sublime.

Named after the acclaimed album from American rock heroes Pavement, Terror Twilights, will be focussed on specialty coffee and fresh, healthy and quick dining options.

Just think of what Wide Open Road have been able to accomplish with their menu transferred behind a fresh face which Heydari is particularly excited for.

“We’re not starting with a blank slate this time,” Heydari says. “We feel that we owe our Bedford Street regulars a great replacement, and we’re looking forward to offering a strong eatery option to the Collingwood locals that might not have taken to the previous offerings. We’re fortunate to be in the position to be able to re-imagine and re-launch this venue.”
