The Gum Ball is set to celebrate its 20th anniversary in style from 25 to 27 April 2025 in the Hunter Valley, NSW.

Hosted on Wonnarua Country, this beloved music festival has announced its first wave of acts, showcasing an eclectic mix of Australian talent spanning various genres.

Headlining the first lineup reveal are Ben Lee and The Peep Tempel, joined by an exciting mix of established and emerging artists. Highlights include Grace Cummings, The Stems, Elana Stone, Kim Churchill, Karen Lee Andrews, 78 Saab, and Johnston City. The lineup also features Boing Boing, Jack Davies & The Bush Chooks, Vanilla Gorilla, and the Northern Territory’s Ripple Effect Band.

Rounding out the first announcement are Playlunch, Claude Hay & The Kung Fu Mustard, Quality Used Cars, Camino Gold, Delivery, Fungas, and Goon Gremlins. Additionally, the festival promises a robust youth mentorship program called Young Gums and plenty of yet-to-be-announced acts to come in early 2025.

The Gum Ball’s reputation as a “music lover’s paradise” continues with this diverse and dynamic offering, promising an unforgettable celebration of its two-decade legacy.
