The Grenfell Tower fire in London was an undeniably tragic event. To raise funds for those who helped during the crisis as well as those who need help in the future, The Gasometer will be hosting a fundraiser with all proceeds going to The Harrow Youth Club in West London. The club is located a short walk from The Greenfell Tower and helped provide care for those affected by the fire whilst emergency services were being contacted.
The Harrow Youth Club provides young people with studio space, mentoring in music and life, as well as offering other general care duties, and has had to try and keep up their good work despite drastic budget cuts over the past six years.
The fundraiser will host a massive lineup of DJs including DJ JNETT, Rambl, One Puf!, Kovac, Danzey, Raaghe, and Mickey Edwards and will run from 3pm until 1am on Sunday July 9 at The Gaso. So come down, throw back some drinks and have a dance – it’s for a good cause after all.
