Bringing a 19th-century fairground setup to the event, the Dandenong Market jubilee celebration will boast live music and more food than you could possibly eat in a single day.
Live performance highlights include sets from Trident, a fusion ensemble combining North Indian classical music with Western music alongside Bindaas Bollywood Dance and Sol Nation.
As for the food, expect an additional 15 food vendors and foot trucks alongside the 200-strong market stall lineup, offering tried and tested favourites from Melbourne Paella Company, The Curry Truck, Senor BBQ, Ok-Nomi and a whole lot more.
