Four courses will feature input from Austin Pitmaster Evan LeRoy of Freedmen’s BBQ, Peter Bouchier butchers, George Tomlin (The Town Mouse), Flinders Island Lamb, Bluebonnet BBQ, Certified Australian Angus Beef and an incredible sweet finish from Gelato Messina. Set in the Ormond Town Hall, the art deco setting will be converted to “elevated country chic.” And boy howdy, there might be even be some line dancing.
