The Arbory Now Have Espresso Martinis On Tap

The Arbory (a bar that spans 150 metres along the yarra), have recently installed a nitro espresso martini tap.

Nitro coffee is basically a cold drop coffee (Arbory gets theres from Melbourne company Little Dripper) that’s been pumped with nitrogen under high pressure and chilled in the keg, all done on site at The Arbory.

The martinis are made with Ketel One vodka, Kahula and sugar syrup (but less than you would usually use to make an espresso martini) – you don’t have to have all that sugar when you’ve got the creaminess from the tap.
