Now you can immerse yourself in the culture of the Yarra as The Arbory Bar & Eatery on Flinders Walk have just launched a new pop up bar. Arbory Afloat will be open to the public until Sunday November 8.
This new concept bar is a floating venue in the middle of the Yarra River that can hold up to 120 people and will offer up a menu focusing on seafood. Chef Nick Bennett will use premium seafood in addition to his new Konro charcoal grill menu which will see him serve a range of smoked skewers like crusted tuna, wagyu beef and miso marinated eggplant.
Punters will be able to relax in the warm spring sun and continue the Spring Racing festivities into the night while enjoying sweet tunes by Melbourne musicians Chico G and Paul Jager. Along with Veuve Clicquot, Chandon and some beers thrown in, you can enjoy caviar, oysters and even a good ol’chicken sandwich.
