Choreographed by one of Europe’s most exciting contemporary choreographers Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, the production features a cast of fifteen Argentinean dancers and live musicians. With guidance from tango superstar Nelida Rodriguez de Aure, the show combines the sensuality of tango with the cutting edge of contemporary dance, drawing on the idea of social dance events held in intimate late night bars. M!longa is produced by Sadler’s Wells, one of London’s premier dance venues and home to a number of stars of contemporary dance.
