The James Lockwood Trio returns to Open Studio Friday July 14th for further selections of better- and lesser-known compositions from the pens of Charlie Parker and the great composers of the Bebop Tradition.
Complimented by a rich ensemble sound and an infectious rhythmic sensibility, upright bassist James Lockwood is joined by guitarists Lee Jones and Pierre Jaquinot. The James Lockwood Trio delights in the old-school sensibilities of yesteryear as it explores rich musical tapestry of the Bebop Tradition.
