Following her visit, Tove Lo will release her highly anticipated fifth studio album DIRT FEMME via Pretty Swede Records/mtheory on October 14. The album tracklist boasts a lineup of special guests including SG Lewis (appearing on two tracks), Channel Tres and First Aid Kit. It also features the recent single ‘2 Die 4′, the fan track ‘True Romance’, ‘No One Dies From Love’ – which already has 31 million global streams – and ‘How Long which featured in the season two soundtrack of Euphoria.

“DIRT FEMME is about me and my relationship with my femininity,” she explains. “When I started out as a writer and an artist I used to view my feminine traits as weaker and would enhance my masculine traits to get ahead in life. I feel a big energy shift in my environment since then and this album reflects the various ways my feminine side has both helped and hurt me. I am a pansexual woman married to a straight man. I believe masculine and feline lives on a spectrum in all humans. There are so many more interesting nuances than most people wanna accept.”

Most recently, Tove Lo has performed to rapturous audiences at Governors Ball Festival, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and Osheaga Music and Arts Festival and is no stranger to Australia, taking the stage at Splendour In The Grass, performed with Flume at the ARIA Awards, supported Katy Perry on her Australian and New Zealand arena Prismatic Tour, and Spotify’s Front Left Live with BENEE, Tones And I, and girl in red.
