Hello Friends follows on from her 2013 debut album You Can Have It All.
Alongside the albums, Melbourne-via-Adelaide musician Stephanie Crase has also released four EPs under the moniker.
The tour will see Summer Flake taking over stages in Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Ballarat and Adelaide.
