The multi award winning powerhouse aren’t shy of touring. In fact, as a live band they’re hailed as one of the most prolific. What makes this announcement a welcome surprise is that a sold-out tour with The Offspring wasn’t enough for them; they needed an extra show in Melbourne. The hard work they put behind their touring is what makes this even more exciting. You can tell they wanted this headline show to connect directly with the fans in Victoria.
Joining the line-up is the dynamic two-piece Teenage Joans. After taking the Triple J unearthed high crown in 2020, they’ve since toured with the likes of Ruby Fields and Violent Soho. Their garage styled; honest, raw attack of a sound reaches out to you like a burgeoning lapse of questions. They sit on the basis of a targeting power chord, delving between the dynamic of making the riff slam and then letting it ring.
Starting out as buskers in high school, the Melbourne five-piece Terra first gained momentum when their cover of Vanessa Carlton’s A Thousand Miles gained traction online. Now taking a step back from YouTube, they’ve subverted what people expect from pop-rock. Their contribution of clean cut, masterful percussion, and wire-y rigid guitar blends some of the facets of metal-core into their sound.
