The whimsical space comes decked out with pink walls, vintage mosaic, kitsch plastic chairs and a vibe that aims to conjure an authentic hawker market.
With a focus on sharing, Sugar Prawn is plating up dishes including century egg halves topped with crispy shreds of pig’s ear and chilli oil, red duck curry and fresh barramundi stacked with chilli and herbs. Completing the menu is a selection of craft beer and experimental cocktails influenced by Asian flavours, including a nashi pear, yuzu and green tea liqueur creation.
