The MSO is seeking an experienced casual Ticketing Officer, knowledgeable in Tessitura, to join its energetic Box Office team.
Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, this position’s primary role is to deliver superior customer service in the processing of subscription renewal forms to existing and potential audiences. Additional duties include associated Box Office administration.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in box office ticketing and operations, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with Tessitura is essential. The applicant must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required. Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation are essential qualities in working for Australia’s best Orchestra.
