“Rock-driven metal.”
So, someone is walking past as you guys are playing, they then go get a beer and tell their friend about you… what do they say?
“Dude!, have your shots, grab your beer and lets get in the pit! This music and band is in your face.”
How long have you been gigging and writing?
“The band formed at the start of 2010 and we played our first gig at The Espy (Gershwin Room) in August 2010.”
What has been your favourite gig you’ve played to date?
“All the gigs we’ve played have been awesome. We have played alongside some great bands, to a lot of great people and you can’t ask for anything more than that.”
Which band would you most like to have a battle/showdown with?
“We don’t showdown or battle with anyone. We believe that all bands have a place in the scene no matter what style of music. As long as they stay true to themselves and play for the right reasons, then we will play alongside them…but never battle or showdown against them.”
What inspires or has influenced your music the most?
“I think being open to listening to everything from brutal to baroque. Having the balls to take a risk no matter if it works or not and just playing music because you love it and it’s fun.”
What do you think a band has to do these days to succeed?
“Every band has a different definition of success but for us success is playing heavy music from the heart, staying true, honest and loyal to our fans and just enjoying the journey and having a fucking blast meeting cool bands and people along the way.”
