The St Kilda Festival is proof the best things in life are free, having just released more than 60 acts for its huge 2019 lineup.

On the lineup this year are an incredible slate of Aussie musicians, performing alongside St Kilda Fest’s usual food stalls, markets and games.

The Cat Empire are gearing up to drop their latest album Stolen Diamonds on Friday February 15. Prior to the album release, the homegrown legends have been teasing out singles, including a wacky music clip for ‘Barricades’

Mojo Juju had a stellar year in 2018 and this year is shaping up to be no different. St Kilda is just one stop of many for the blues singer-songwriter, with Day By The Bay, Bendigo Autumn Music Festival and Yaluk-ut Weelam Ngargee Festival also part of her 2019 festival circuit.

The festival’s lineup includes a strong gender balance and will be featuring at least one Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander act on each of its five main stages.
