St Burg’s speciality Durger comes with grass-fed beef cooked so it’s crusty on the outside and medium rare on the inside. Topping it off is classic yellow cheese with gherkin relish, a single slice of fresh tomato, cos lettuce and a smoky barbecue sauce.

Choosing traditions over trend, the rest of the menu is equally classic. A fried chicken burger coupled with slaw and Sriracha, a cheese stuffed mushroom burger and sides including chicken wings and hand cut chips cap off the offerings.
