Flume, The Strokes and Tyler, The Creator have confirmed availability for the new dates.

Due to take over North Byron Parklands in July, this year’s sold-out Splendour in the Grass has been rescheduled for October in the wake of the forced cancellation of non-essential gatherings of over 500 people.

“Health and safety is our number one priority. After careful consideration and consultation with our artists, crew and stakeholders, in these unpredictable times we have decided, as a precautionary measure, to move Splendour in the Grass 2020 out of the winter months,” said Splendour in the Grass co-founders Jessica Ducrou and Paul Piticco.

Ducrou and Piticco have also advised that they “are not expecting any major upsets to the line-up thanks to the incredible support of the artists playing Splendour. Flume, The Strokes and Tyler, The Creator who have all confirmed their attendance for these new dates alongside most others.”

Previously purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates, with refunds available for those unable to attend the festival in October.

With tickets bound to be refunded, those on the waitlist will be privy to a special release of tickets in the coming weeks.

Splendour in the Grass will now come to North Byron Parklands on Friday 23, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October. Join the waitlist for tickets here
