Spasta at the Farm returns for a cosmic winter soirée under the Collingwood skies

Scandi disco wizards and local heroes turn up the heat at Melbourne’s favourite riverside farm party.

Collingwood Children’s Farm is once again transforming into Melbourne’s cosiest winter rave den as Spasta at the Farm: 2 touches down on Saturday 11 July. Following last year’s beloved instalment, the crew is back with an even stronger lineup of wonky disco, space-age grooves and balearic warmth to shake off the Melbourne chill.

From 3pm to 11pm, the farm will host a full afternoon-into-evening of proper party vibes. Expect extended sets, live performances and that signature Spasta spirit of joyful, off-kilter dancing. The event leans into cold-weather energy with a stacked bill that promises everything from nu-cosmic wizardry to heaters that’ll keep the dancefloor toasty.

Norwegian legends Prins Thomas and Bjørn Torske are flying in for a special extended back-to-back stacked with space disco, kaleidoscopic grooves and northern lights energy.

Local hero Harvey Sutherland will deliver a full live set with Kuzco, while Deepa makes her Spasta debut, Cardamon B brings the early warmth, and Earl Grey b2b Montana link up from Perth and Newcastle. Jun Wan and Adriana round out the bill, captaining the ship with decades of crate digging and good-time energy.

The day will also dish up traditional Greek touches – think rebetiko sounds, ouzo and mezze – turning the farm into a proper celebration. After the huge community response to the first edition, this second chapter feels like a genuine winter essential for Melbourne’s underground-leaning crew who love their parties outdoors and off-centre.

With tickets already on sale, Spasta at the Farm: 2 is shaping up as one of the most charming and character-filled events on the mid-year calendar. If you’re after proper connection, weird-and-wonderful sounds and that rare feeling of dancing in fresh air while the city cools down, this is it.
