Skinny Dog Hotel in Kew are taking their weekly Parmageddon offer to a whole new level with their new and exciting Mystery Bet Parma Special.
Pub goers can submit their unique selection of toppings to the Skinny Dog team by each Monday until August 29th via email, DM or phone for the chance to have their creation added to the menu for Thursday of that week. Of course the winner will get to enjoy their dream parma on the house!
Need some inspiration? The first mystery parma to grace the menu was the Gyros Parma, which includes slow roasted lamb, tahini yogurt, pickled onion, crumbled feta and coriander.
