Somewhere Tropical is the third single off the five-piece’s forthcoming debut EP Not A Contender and embellishes us with classic organ lines over crunching guitar, welcome harmonies on growling vocals and ever-present clashing cymbals.
According to Localles frontman Ted O’Neill, the track is about utilising testing times to become better and stronger, “The lyrics were inspired by a friend who was going through a hard time and went travelling to let go of things that were getting to him.”
