Sheppard to head on their biggest national tour ever

Brisbane-based indie-pop outfit, Sheppard, have announced their biggest national tour to date to kick off next month.

The tour will take Sheppard to regional areas in addition to the regular run of inner-city hotspots, visiting 30 venues in total. The tour is in celebration of the outfit’s recently released album, Watching The Sky, though fans can expect to hear the band’s earlier hits such as ‘Geronimo’ and ‘Coming Home’.

The tour comes on the back of the band’s decision to turn down an offer to play at The Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony earlier this year, announcing they felt ripped off after only being offered $6000 to perform at the event.

The tour will visit a huge selection of towns and cities between August and October, head to the band’s website for the full tour itinerary.
