Scienceworks After Dark: Science in the Shadows takes over the museum on 25 October for Halloween.
The 18+ after-hours event runs from 6pm to 10pm, transforming the Spotswood venue into a spine-tingling playground of eerie exhibits and hauntingly themed activities. Tickets include entry to Tinkertown and one Planetarium show, with general entry options also available for those skipping the celestial experience.
Scienceworks After Dark: Science in the Shadows features paranormal researcher and comedian Lawrence Leung alongside scam expert Nicholas J. Johnson for Science of the Seance, exploring the psychology and neuroscience behind supernatural beliefs through mentalism and comedy. The Apocalypse List Planetarium show examines cosmic dangers threatening Earth’s existence, from planetary threats to the far reaches of space and time.
