Leading the charge, Rooftop will be paying tribute to dearly departed icons with a screening of Labyrinth featuring David Bowie and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory featuring Gene Wilder.
A run of Christmas-themed films are also on the cards, with Bad Santa, Love Actually and Home Along getting a run alongside Elf and Bad Santa 2 in a Christmas Eve double feature.
Elsewhere, dead-set classics make an appearance including Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Stand By Me and Top Gun keeping the Rooftop faithfuls happy as well as a Michael Keaton triple-header of Beetlejuice, The Founder and Birdman.
Capping it off come an acclaimed series of music films including Nick Cave’s One More Time With Feeling and The Beatles: Eight Days a Week- The Touring Years. Star Wars fans are in for a treat too, with the highly anticipated Rouge One: A Star Wars Story set to bring a healthy dose of sci-fi and adventure to the masses.
