Featuring a three-metre(!) long cabinent of rocky road creations, the chocolaterie will be premiering 31 hand crafted flavours. Using only the highest quality couverture chocolate along with a mix of seasonal and exotic ingredients, the lineup includes caramelised popcorn, liquorice vanilla bean, bananarama white choc, orange peel 72% cocoa, espresso hazelnut and mint crisp. They will also hold classes and tastings, where budding chocolatiers can try exclusive flavours and create their own rocky masterpiece to take home with them.
