The gang are back with hometown favourite RocKwiz’s Really Really Good Friday at Hamer Hall on Friday, March 29.
After 15 seasons, 185 episodes and countless tours around the nation, the television show turned stage show extravaganza RocKwiz is considered by many to be an Australian music institution, with many music fans trading pre-gig drinks on a Saturday night to stay at home and watch the show instead.
This adulation has led to the show’s beloved hosts Julia Zemiro and Brian Nankervis nowadays being regarded as supreme music industry operators.

Following a busy 2023 for the ‘Kwiz, Julia and Brian return for Good Friday special at Hamer Hall, joined by an abundance of surprise special guests, musical and comedic, to kick start your Easter weekend.
Taking place on Friday, March 29, the juggernaut rolls on in 2024 with an eighth collaboration with Arts Centre Melbourne. But don’t get too comfortable in your seat – audience members could end up on stage, making for an unpredictable and exhilarating evening.
Keep an eye out for Brian handing out easter eggs in the Hamer Hall foyer or on St Kilda Road, and the chance might be yours.
“RRGF at the Arts Centre Melbourne is a highlight of the RocKwiz calendar,” says Julia. “2000 people in the audience! We can make it bigger, bolder and louder! We are so lucky to perform in this magnificent venue every Easter. I can’t wait to see you there!”
“I love a tradition … and staging a very special RocKwiz show every Good Friday, with Julia, Dugald, the RocKwiz Orkestra, multiple guests and two comedians, is pure bliss,” says Brian.
