The Finance & Governance unit provides guidance and support to Arts Centre Melbourne through creative, capable, responsible and sustainable practices and services. To help us continue to deliver high quality corporate services to the organisation, we are se eking an experienced Risk and Compliance Coordinator to actively contribute to the success of the finance and governance unit.
To be successful in this role you will possess
– A first level university degree or diploma with relevant experience
– Extensive relevant experience, working as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant or Legal Secretary in a law firm, professional services firm, or similar environment
– Strong administrative experience
– Contract administrative skills
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Excellent time management, project coordination & organisational skills
– Proficiency in the use of MS Office, email, internet and the ability to quickly learn new systems
– High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
– A proactive approach, with the ability to show initiative.
