Is that another Detroit house producer coming to Melbourne? Oh man, this summer is a treat for all Motor City Melbourne fans.
Taking influence from 313 alumni like Jeff Mills and Mike Banks, the American has gone on to become a major proponent of Detroit house, blending the city’s loopy techno heritage with Chicago-styled house in his productions and DJ sets. While in Australia, Wade will be unveiling a music-art collaboration he undertook with US visual artist Abdul Qadim Haqq and Japanese animator Shinichiro Watanabe.
