Reneé Rapp announces debut Melbourne show on huge AO LIVE lineup

Pop sensation and actress Reneé Rapp will make her Australian debut at John Cain Arena on 31 January.

Landing at AO LIVE 2026, Reneé Rapp joins a stacked lineup that includes The Kid LAROI, Peggy Gou, Spacey Jane, The Veronicas, and Sofi Tukker. Each night brings a different flavour to Melbourne Park, with Rapp’s performance scheduled for Saturday afternoon before the AO Women’s Final.

Broadway audiences first fell for Rapp when she took on Regina George in Mean Girls back in 2022, a role she’d later bring to the big screen in 2024. But it’s her music that’s really caught fire globally. Debut album Snow Angel arrived in 2023 to critical praise, spawning hits like Snow Angel and Not My Fault. This year’s Bite Me landed at number three on the ARIA Albums Chart, pushing her total streams past 1.4 billion and proving she’s way more than just a theatre kid who can sing.

Festival stages at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Governors Ball and Boston Calling have already felt the Reneé Rapp effect, while TV appearances on Saturday Night Live, The Today Show and Late Night with Seth Meyers have introduced her to even wider audiences. Now Australian fans finally get their turn.

Running across five nights from 28 January to 1 February, AO LIVE 2026 combines world-class music with the spectacle of the Australian Open. One ticket gets you into both the main arena shows and the wider Melbourne Park experience, including acoustic sets in Garden Square and DJ performances on Grand Slam Oval. Tennis, live music, food and drink, and that unbeatable summer atmosphere all rolled into one.

Beyond the Reneé Rapp and the headliners, the precinct will buzz with entertainment across multiple stages and spaces, making the most of Melbourne Park’s layout. It’s the kind of multi-sensory experience that keeps people moving between courts, stages and bars all day long.
