Presented by the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, RAW Comedy is Australia’s largest comedy competition and has launched the careers of some on Australia’s greatest comedians, including Josh Thomas (Please Like Me), Chris Lilley (Summer Heights High, Angry Boys, Ja’mie: Private School Girl), Claire Hooper (Good News Week) and Tim Minchin.
Successful entrants will battle each other for the opportunity to compete in So You Think You’re Funny? at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2014, as well as garner attention for their brand of humour.
