After a sell out season in 2014, The Flick will return to its home theatre for an almost month long season.
Set in a run-down Masachusetts movie theatre, The Flick follows heartbreaks, loneliness and battles of three underpaid employees as they sweep up popcorn, mop the floors, play ‘Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon’, and tend to one of the last 35-millimetre film projectors in the state. Baker explores the changing landscape of cinema through the confessions of these employees as they confront their future in the empty aisles.
