Globally loved rock stars the Red Hot Chilli Peppers will be heading Down Under for the first time in 12 years for a national tour.

Hot off the heels of their European and US tours, the Peppers will spend February and March hopping around Australian cities, including a brief stop at Geelong’s A Day on the Green. It will also be the first time Tassie fans don’t have to make their way to the mainland to catch a show, with the band announcing their first ever show in Hobart.

The Pepper’s 11th studio album, The Getaway, was unveiled to fans in 2016. Since then, there hasn’t been much rumble around new music. Here’s hoping the Aussie tours bring a sneak peek of what’s to come.

Check out the tour dates below:

Sunday February 17, Derwent Entertainment Centre, Hobart

Tuesday February 19, Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney

Saturday February 23, Hope Estate Winery, Hunter Valley

Monday February 25, Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane
