With only 100 days until the 2011 instalment of Rainbow Serpent, the iconic Victorian electronic festival has unleashed their second wave of acts.
The 2nd announcement is sure to please electronic afficiandos of all tastes, including Fatali, Perfect Stranger, Tim Healey, Khainz and Quivver. They will join the already astounding line up including Mathew Jonson, Atmos and VibeSquaD.
