Queen Victoria Market reveals details of this year’s Summer Night Market

Daylight savings is back in action and summer is basically around the corner, so what better way to celebrate the end of a dreary winter than with Queen Victoria Market’s Summer Night Market. Set to return for its biggest season yet, sticking around for a whopping 17-week stint, you’ll have no excuse for missing out.

Popping up each and every Wednesday night from November 21 until March 20, the historic Queen Victoria Market sheds will become a bustling hub of food, brews, tunes, fashion, homewares and loads more goodies over Summer. Rather than slumping home after work with the midweek blues, you can spend those extra hours of sunshine playing giant Jenga, chess or totem tennis, wolfing down everything from Greek doughnuts to Japanese sliders and being serenaded by a rotating roster of live music and entertainment.

Along with your favourite vendors of previous years, you can expect some fresh faces this time around. Joining the neighbourhood are newcomers Little Paris, offering French cheese and an assortment of crepes; Miso Fresh, dishing up everything from vegan soba noodles to Japanese fried chicken; Colombiantojos, serving traditional Colombian cuisine; Pierogi Pierogi, offering authentic Polish dumplings with vegan and vegetarian options; Abruzzo Lab, with a menu full of traditional Italian arrosticiniĀ (meat skewers from the Abruzzo region); and Brick lane Brewing Co., pouring two new craft beers – One Love Pale Ale and Base Lager – along with all your favourites.

You’d better come with an empty stomach…
