Following a long year of worldwide touring of their album If This is All We’re Going to Be, Tasmanian favourites Luca Brasi have announced the release of a new standalone single Got To Give. Frontman Tyler Richardson explains the immense year the band has had and the background to the new single: “The last year has surpassed any hopes and dreams we could have had, I can’t even express how stoked we are to get to do this type of stuff. People often tell me how thankful they are for the band, and how stoked they are. All I can ever reply is that from our end, it’s just disbelief and we’re more thankful for them than they could imagine. Got To Give is about that exact feeling, and needing that kind of support wherever you can get it. Being able to rely on the ones you need and love when things change is something I’m eternally grateful for.” Got To Give is available now on all streaming platforms.

Los Angeles pop-punks Bad Cop/Bad Cop have released a single and video from their recently released second album Warriors. Entitled Amputations, the track documents the band’s experience with drug addiction and keeping the band together through tumultuous times. Detailed in a press release, the band explained: “We were on the Fat Wreck Chords 25th anniversary tour in 2015, and Stacey was partying really hard. She ended up bottoming out on the tour, and we had to leave. It was not a good separation. We had to go home and drop off the tour and figure out if we were still a band, what are we going to do about Stacey. Thankfully, Fat helped send her to detox, and she came out of that as a completely new person with a totally different trajectory. Before that, she was demonically possessed. She was destroying everything around her.” New album Warriors is out now on Fat Wreck Chords.
