We are looking for an experienced, talented and energetic administration professional to join a team committed to life long learning and educational experience for all age ranges in all spaces at ACMI. As the Public Programs Coordinator you will apply your experience in office management and manage the day-to-day activities of the Head of Public Programs and the team. 

Demonstrated experience in the provision of the full range of administrative and operational support functions, experience monitoring budgets and highly developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. A background or tertiary qualification in Arts Management is desirable.
