Hip-hop icons visit Melbourne.

What can you say about Public Enemy that hasn’t already been said? They’re iconic. And Melbourne hip-hop fans who couldn’t get a ticket to Falls will rejoice with the news of a sideshow.

The legends of rhyme wom defined the golden age of hip-hop in the 80’s and 90’s with their stone cold classic albums return to Melbourne. The legends behind ‘It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back’, ‘Fear of a Black Planet’ and ‘Apocalypse 91’ are hitting Australian shores to perform their classic album ‘Fear of a Black Planet’ in full.

Public Enemy will be reeling out hits like ‘Fight The Power’, ‘Don’t Believe the Hype’ and ‘911 is a Joke’ to lifelong fans in an epic celebration of anti-establishment for the 20 year anniversary of the album release.

Public Enemy hit the Corner Hotel on Wednesday December 29. Tickets on sale Friday October 8.
