After a gruelling pre-season of perfecting the art of the banana from the ‘Daicos pocket’, the girls and boys of the RPFL are set to dazzle the crowds in an Anzac Day spectacular. The opening round will feature:
Game 1 – Labour in Vain ‘The Pain’ vs Lomond Hotel Barracudas (1.10pm)
Game 2 – The Tote vs Bar Open Bats (2.30pm)
Game 3 – Workers Club Lions vs East Brunswick Club Eye Gougers (3.50pm)
This event is fully licensed and entry is free, so no need to BYO as the cans will be on offer for ’80s suburban footy prices. There will also be ‘better than Bunnings’ offerings on the BBQ, catering for all political persuasions.
