Hailing from Iceland, Solstafir recently teased listeners with a taste of their upcoming album in the form of track Silfur-Refur. Their new full-length, Berdreyminn, comes as the band’s sixth, and their first since Ótta in 2014.
After emerging from the Icelandic fog back in 1995, Solstafir graduated to the acclaimed Season Of Mist label with Svartir Sandar in 2011. No mean feat, considering the label also features metal heavy-weights Abbath. Mayhem, Rotting Christ and Gorguts on their roster.
