A former member of the Hollies and Crosby, Stills and Nash, Graham Nash is an icon of folk music. Acclaimed for his light tenor voice and impressive songwriting skills, Nash is an internationally beloved figure who has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice for his contributions to the musical zeitgeist.

His trip over for the Folkie will see him embark on his first-ever Australia and New Zealand headline tour, performing songs from across his 60-year musical career alongside longtime partners Shane Fontayne and Todd Caldwell.

“We are honoured to have icons such as Graham Nash perform at our festival. Our audiences will be drawn to his storytelling and song which I am sure can be found in many record collections around the world,” says Port Fairy Folk Festival Program Director Justin Rudge.

“This first lineup represents contemporary and classic folk as told through some of the greatest singer-songwriters of today and we are so excited to be sharing this music with music lovers and the community of Port Fairy.”

Other international performers include fellow Americans Cam Cole, The Songbird and Gaby Moreno, as well as Canada’s Quote The Raven, Norway’s Gangar, Scotland’s Gnoss, and Finland’s Teho. From Ireland comes Daoiri Farrell and Lorraine Nash.

Australian talent including Alice Skye, Sarah Blasko and Sons of the East are also set to take part.
