Pipis North channels everything that made the original Pipis Kiosk a local favourite; sustainable Australian seafood, approachable plates and a standout drinks list, reimagined with a northside energy perfect for casual drop-ins or long summer nights.
Clay’s menu is seafood-focused and built for sharing, featuring Pipis favourites including the cult flatbread and salt and pepper squid. New additions include spanner crab mini crumpets, king prawn tempura with BBQ spice, and swordfish belly skewers with jungle bisque. Crudo of marlin arrives with salted watermelon and black vinegar, while butterflied blue mackerel comes with shaved cabbage and bone broth. For those going all in, the fruits of the sea seafood tower brings the goods.
Hunter has curated a tight, approachable drinks list championing small Australian producers that pair perfectly with seafood. Salty Sips offer 30ml coastal-inspired serves like Pipis seaside salad gin and fino sherry, tomato leaf spirit with tomato, and Laphroaig and oyster shots.
Half Shucked happy hour runs daily from 4pm to 6pm, offering four dollar oysters, 16 dollar Melbourne Bitter long necks and 50 dollar half bottles of oyster-friendly wines like Chablis, Riesling and Pinot Gris.
Pipis North, the new addition to OG Pipis Kiosk opened 17 January and will run for a strictly limited time over summer, so catch it while you can.
