The signature sub ‘Pinchy Lobster’ features chunky lobster, kewpie mayo, ground cumin, hot paprika, chopped chives and Himalayan salt on a warm brioche roll, served with crisps, pickle and a granita. Also on the menu are Moreton Bay Bug and Thai Nam Jim Shrimp subs and clam chowder. They’ll also be serving ice cream sandwiches and spiders to help combat the summer heat.
