Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz from Sydney’s Porteño and Bodega will again be serving up their signature smoked meat dishes. Their menu will include BBQ brisket, BBQ pork belly and BBQ sausage, all served with old bay slaw and Jack Daniels BBQ sauce.
Melbourne’s “Mesoamerican” bar and restaurant, Mesa Verde will bring their fresh Mexican dishes to the festival including pulled pork and cheese quesadillas, taquitos filled with carne asada (beef) and chicken topped with shredded lettuce and crème and their mesa dog with slaw.
Sydney’s Mary’s will bring their brand of rock n roll food to Out On The Weekend, with a selection of burgers filling out their menu.
Food Trucks will also be serving up the goods with Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck, Juanita Peaches and All Day Donuts in attendance.
Once you have eaten up, Out On The Weekend have also announced the return of The Levis Tailor Shop, Greville Records, Nude Rodeo Tailors Exhibition and the team from Triple R broadcasting live.
