The night will feature Jose from Casa de Vinos as he presents Clase Azul tequila – one of the finest tequilas in existence.
Clase Azul represents authentic, humane and artisinal craftsmanship, and is renowned for its superior quality and rich flavour profile. The love and nurture the craftspeople put into producing Clase Azul starts in the agave fields and is continued through the bottling process, where each bottle is created by hand.
The night includes one of Eau de Vie’s world-class cocktails, tastes of Clase Azul Plata, Clase Azul Repsado, Clase Azul Añejo and Clase Azul Ultra, matched to four courses of food from the Eau de Vie Kitchen.
