Their strawberry and watermelon cake recently took Melbourne’s tastebuds by storm at the Night Noodle Market. However, if you missed out on the magic – fear not. Owner and creator Chris Thé has revealed the burgeoning business will be opening up in Melbourne.
Bringing a dedicated Melbourne menu with it, they’ll be plating up their famous watermelon and strawberry cake (of which they sell thousands of slices each day in their home turf of Sydney) alongside rasperry lychee cake, orange and Persian fig cake, as well as black sesame and yuzu cake. Naturally, coffee is being crafted at the highest degree for that perfect cake break to finish things off.
